Shipping and Returns Policy

1. Shipping
– Processing Time: Handmade items may take 3-7 business days to process before shipment. – Shipping Methods: We use reputable carriers for both domestic and international shipping. – Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. – Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.
2. International Shipping
– Customs and Duties: International buyers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.
3. Returns
– All sales are final due to the handmade and custom nature of our products. – Damaged or defective items may be eligible for a replacement or refund. – Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence.
4. Cancellations
– Orders for custom-made items cannot be canceled once production has started.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
