About Grit and Beskar

Grit and Beskar was born out of a simple idea — to make the Mandalorian cosplay experience better, easier, and more affordable for builders like you.

Back in late 2024, I started this journey while working on my own Mandalorian build. I quickly realized there was a real lack of functional, accessible tech — things like helmet hearing kits, voice modulation systems, or small display screens for gauntlets and backpacks. Most options were either overpriced or non-existent. So, I decided to build them myself.

Every product I sell — from the battery-powered screens and LED modules to the 3D printed armor parts — is something I’ve designed, tested, and built by hand. I know what it’s like to spend hours sanding armor, tweaking electronics, and making sure everything feels just right. That’s why I offer raw and pre-sanded, primed armor kits, as well as discounted off-prints for those looking to save a few credits while still building something awesome.

I don’t just want to sell gear — I want to support the community. Alongside the products, I also create tutorials to help other builders through their journey. Whether you’re just starting your first Mando kit or looking to upgrade with custom tech, I hope Grit and Beskar helps you take that next step.
