What’s Covered:

We offer a 30-day warranty from the date your order is marked as delivered. This warranty covers:

• Device failures
• Defects in workmanship or materials caused during the handmade production process

If your item stops working properly or arrives with a problem that is not caused by installation, misuse, modification, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear, we will repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion.

What’s Not Covered:

• Damage caused by dropping, water exposure, over-voltage, battery misuse, improper handling, or modifications
• The installation of the device into costumes, gear, clothing, etc
• Wear and tear from regular use
• Cosmetic blemishes that do not affect function
• Shipping damages caused after delivery confirmation (please contact the shipping provider if applicable)

How to Start a Warranty Claim:

If something goes wrong and you believe it’s covered under our warranty, please contact us within the 30-day window. Be ready to provide:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos or videos showing the problem
